Envelope Products Company has been serving the needs of our loyal customers for nearly 45 years. We are a full service specialty envelope company that produces high quality printed envelopes for orders from 500 to 46 million. We operate 6 high speed envelope presses including Jet, Super Jet, Halm XL and Diamond-Whittaker. We own the only Cheetah gluing machine for applying latex and peel & seal to envelopes in northern California. Each member of our highly professional press team has over 25 years of experience. Your order will be correct and it will be on time. Our sales/management team averages over 40 years of experience per employee. WOW. EPCO uses state of the art technology. Your digital proofs will go directly from the computer to create the laser cut printing plate yielding extremely sharp resolution (3000 dpi) for quality that you can see on every envelope in your order.

EPCO’s graphic arts department is available to advise, design, set copy and furnish proofs. In addition our in-house USPS expert is available to help with all of those regs including the new “smart” barcode program.

LEADERSHIP

EPCO was a “green” company before green was cool. We started using soy based ink in 1988 and now use it exclusively. We offer a complete line of recycled and recyclable products including biodegradable and compostable envelope window film for a truly green product.

In addition, EPCO is a pioneering “GOLD” company. We support the California business environment by using 100% materials that have been produced in California for our manufacturing process.

EPCO was founded in1967 and is still owned and managed by its founder Alex Macdonald. EPCO is a California Certified Small Business and DVBE #4257. EPCO is a financially healthy single proprietor owned corporation. We own our 25,000 square foot factory in Vallejo as well as all of our production equipment. We have grown steadily over the past 45 years because we put service to our customers first.
